Flavored with unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate spread, you won't want to share them!

I make a lot of brownies. It’s safe to say at least once a week you’ll find brownies in my kitchen. One that needs to be shared with you. One that you must make at once!

It’s January and most of us are still trying hard to stay true to the new year resolutions. I don’t usually make resolutions since I know I break them the very next day, but this year I’m challenging myself to be a better me. I think this December I have baked the most cookies. I bake cookies year round and have a handful of favorite recipes I make over and over in my kitchen, but this holiday season I was on the quest for a new cookie recipe to make for our Christmas dessert table. I don’t do cakes or any fancy desserts. Keeping it simple and the stress level to minimum. Who needs to panic over a sophisticated desserts on Christmas eve? Not this girl, that’s for sure!

Well, these cookies are easy as 1,2,3. Make the cookie dough, scoop and bake. It’s that easy! And the results? Oh my! Extra chewy, soft, rich chocolate cookies with a few crunchy pieces in each cookie. …

With only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time, these whipped cheese spread crackers are my newest obsession! Dress them up to fit your cravings or leave them plain. Either way, you won't stop eating them!

These crackers …. they are beyond words! Easy to make, irresistible and totally addictive! You won’t be able to stop at one!

I love throwing parties and having friends over, may it be for a improptu bash or an invite-only dinner. Obviously, I’m always looking for ideas to impress my guests so they don’t get bored with the same appetizers every time they visit. Yes, I love hosting wine and cheese parties, but sometimes, there’s the need for just a little more. Like the new year party coming up in just a few days!

Add these whipped cheese spread crackers to your menu! They will be gone before we ring in the new year and everyone will be talking about them! …

Just perfect with a cup of coffee!

I don’t even know how to begin describing this apple cake. It’s buttery, moist, soft, with thinly sliced apples and topped with a sweet cinnamon streusel topping. If you ask me, the layers of soft apples and the cinnamon streusel topping are the best part. Better than any frosting! I usually pick up the topping and the soft apples before eating the rest of the cake. Just like a picky eater!

The apples make this cake incredible moist. They not only release moisture during baking but their moisture makes the cake stay fresh for days after the cake is baked (that if the cake lasts that long!) …
